The Convener of the School Closure Review Panels has adopted the Model Publication Scheme 2015, which is produced and approved by the Scottish Information Commissioner. If you wish to access information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 which is not available under our publication scheme, you must make your request in writing or in any form that can be kept for future use, for example, an audio recording or video tape.  Your request should include the following information:

* Your Name
* Your Email Address
* A description of the information you are requesting, including dates if applicable

If you have made a request and are unhappy with the response you received from us (or have not had a response), you have the right to request a review. Please put your request for review in writing. You must do this no later than 40 working days after receiving a response from us. In the unlikely event that you have not received a response at all, you have 40 working days after the end of the 20 working day period for responding to your request.

Please put your request for review in writing, including the following details:

* Your Name
* Your Email Address
* A description of the information you are requesting, including dates if applicable
* The date of your original request and date of the response you received from us
* The reference you were given
